  • Shipping Options: We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4 business days.

    • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery within 2 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method chosen, and your delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery Information

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package online.

  • Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

  • Address Changes: If you need to change the delivery address after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at potlistore.india@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee the change can be made once an order has shipped.

Delivery Issues

  • Missed Delivery: If you are not at home when your delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a note with information on how to arrange redelivery or pick up your package.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 1-2 days of receipt at potlistore.india@gmail.com with photographic evidence so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.
